  • "Lovely apartment with everything we wanted including wonderful views."

I didn't have time to write a review in your visitor book. Welcome pack was great, everything clean and tidy. Easy access to town and the beach made it nice and easy to get around. Would definitely love to return as we only had a couple of days which isn't enough at all.

  • "We enjoyed our stay at White Cliff."

The flat was very comfortable and clean with great views. There were a few minor niggles. The bathroom sink plug doesn't work. When my husband wanted to shave he had to put the plastic bowl from the kitchen in the bathroom sink so that he could have a bowl of water. It was nice to see all the eco hand soap and cleaning products but there was no obvious way to recycle our rubbish. There was a note in the book saying something about info on the back of the door but there was nothing on the flat door or the outside door. The heating was great. Despite the cold wet weather outside we were cosy in the apartment.

  • "Stayed at the property for a week with the family."

Kids loved it and it’s really quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sea views and we were lucky to spot some dolphins for two days in a row. close to everything you need and places to visit. Can’t wait to come back again in the near future. Would make the place even nicer if a lift could be sorted for people with mobility issues so they don’t feel left out to rent the second floor.

  • "Faulty shower hot to scalding ment 2 eighty year old had to resort to sink washes ."

The gest book revealed that this has been a problem since April. Fix that and the accommodation would be 5 star.

  • "The property was very well equipped and looked exactly like the photos, the view was amazing."

Could have done with more comfy seating as the sofas were very snug for 2 people. The shower temperature dial would not move and so the temperature could not be changed and was extremely hot! Would recommend as location was perfect for a short walk into Seaton

Thank you for your lovely comments about the property. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the shower temperature controls. We have an internal maintenance team and are always available to attend to such issues when reported by guests. I will ask our team to attend and investigate the issue so that it is resolved for the next guests stay. Property Owner

We should have noticed this when we booked, but it didn’t spoil our break.
