Our hosts were really nice. The location was great which we took advantage of exploring the coast and neighbouring villages not forgetting the lovely little pub which was on the doorstep.

Home from home with everything you could ask for including a very much appreciated loaf of bread and milk. The rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The location is perfect for travelling to various different places and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Thank you and will definitely come back!

"The property was really lovely although rather too cool in the bedrooms."
It felt a bit damp. Having said that, don’t let it turn anyone off from booking. Peter was a really nice man and went out of his way to help - but without being intrusive. We asked him if he would like to come in one day and he said quite catorgorically no.

The owner was very welcoming. It was a very comfortable cottage, very well stocked. Our children enjoyed playing on the swings and slide in the paddock.

if you like walking lots of local walks without having to take your car out. Would definitely recommend this lovey place to stay, we have to say this was one of the cleanest holiday let’s we have stayed in and fantastically equipped!

It was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped in the kitchen . Although situated right next to the owner’s home it still retained its privacy with a lovely outlook at the back of the property onto an orchard. Location was good , within easy reach of the coastal resorts of Lyme Regis and Beer and also the many Somerset / Dorset market towns . Altogether a most enjoyable holiday.

"The Annex was everything we wanted plus more."
Welcoming, homely, spacious and private it was just what we needed for our family break after a very hectic year. The children loved the garden and spent their time kicking a football about whilst we watched from the patio enjoying coffee and the fresh air. Perfectly placed to visit Lyme Regis or to nip into Devon (Beer is a beautiful place for brekky on the beach). The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. We will 100% be returning

Of course the weather helped, but the cottage too was everything we had hoped.... in fact more so. We would certainly recommend, and choose to stay there again if available. A ghastly long drive from North Norfolk.... but worth it!
