“An oasis of calm and tranquility set amid delightful gardens in a very pretty Devon village.”
This ‘upside down cottage’ was spotlessly clean and well really equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. There are two nice pubs within walking distance, it’s perfect for dog owners and the location, just a short drive from the A30, is really convenient for exploring Dartmoor but not too far from parts of Cornwall either. We were blessed with beautiful weather, so my specs are probably a little bit rose tinted, but I’d love to visit again. One word of caution. ...

Anyone with restricted mobility might find the steps from outside up to the main living area and the stairs down to the bedrooms a bit difficult. Overall though, one of the nicest holiday cottages we’ve visited. Thank you!
