  • "This is a very pleasant modern apartment in a great location."

It was spotlessly clean and generally well equipped. Prosecco in the fridge was a lovely touch. There were just a few details which prevented it getting five stars. The beds are a little too large for the bedrooms and there was no chest of drawers for clothes, just wardrobes. A mat for shoes just inside the front door would be helpful, especially as the carpets are very light coloured. Finally, some of the kitchen equipment and crockery/glassware, though good quality, was a bit impractical and some basics were missing, eg a bowl for mixing. Hope this constructive criticism is useful.

  • "Lovely clean apartment."

Well equiped for 2 adults. Easy access instructions. The owner very quick to respond to a minor problem. Location very close to lovely Teignmouth & amenities. A slight downside was it's on a steep cul-de-sac next to a school.

  • "Great flat."

Very clean and modern the only grumble would be make sure you use a small car as the parking is tricky especially when cars are parked opposite and next to the bay

  • "We had a great stay."

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautiful. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Location was perfect. It was a 10 min walk to the sea. 5 min walk to the shops and centre of Teignmouth. Highly recommend. We had a 1 year old baby with us. There was plenty of room for a travelcot and high chair (we brought these with us). Michelle the host was also very helpful and friendly. There was a plumbing issue whilst we were there and she sent someone round straight away to fix the problem. Couldn’t have done any more. We would definitely stay again.

  • "The apartment was to a great standard and spotlessly clean."

We felt really comfortable there. It was in a great location for getting into the town centre / beach but also for heading over the bridge to local towns. Clear instructions were given to locate the keys so arrival and departure were straight forward. Overall a great stay.

  • "I myself did not make the holiday, but who I was going with told me all about it and took photos."

They were so impressed with the apartment they would definitely go back. Only one fault it was up a steep hill.

  • "Flat was exceptionally clean."

The small kitchen very functional and well equipped. The choice of crockery made us smile but wasn’t very functional. The tiny dining table was a bit rickety and really only just big enough for 2. The sitting area was cramped. One had to climb over the bed to get to the bedroom window. The space would have been better as a one - bedroom flat with a larger living room.

  • "Lovely apartment, very clean, very well equipped."

Quite snug for 4 but we had 2 adults and a 14 and 10 year old. Very well located to town and beach only 10 mins walk but an uphill climb on way back. Teignmouth is lovely great for water sports / restaurants. Parking is good and also somewhere to secure bikes.

  • "Holiday was brilliant, Devon a very picturesque place well worth a visit."

Apartment lovely only things that would of made it perfect would of been a microwave, black out curtains in bedroom and something in bath so could put your shower gel and soap on while having a shower.

Beds were super comfortable too. Car parking space right next to apartment very handy. All in all a great stay!

The supermarket was very close too. No complaints although we missed the coffee machine!

  • "The apartment was in a great location, felt lovely and clean on entering."

fresh smelling linen and comfortable beds. With the accommodation being 5* I would expect softer towels some were tumble dried but most weren’t. I had to put bleach down the toilet daily because the smell was unpleasant and all the side boards need a wipe down, bathroom was thick with dust. And having children a Hoover would of been handy.

  • "A lovely new flat in a great location - a stroll down the hill to the town and the sea, which we swam in every day!"

A really comfortable bed, a nice little balcony with a sea view, ideal for sitting out and having breakfast in the sunshine, and a well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine - all clean as a whistle. The host communicated with us really well from the moment we booked and was so friendly and inviting - we'll definitely be back!

The apartment was well equipped, the only thing missing was a hairdryer. Other than that everything was great and I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again in the future.
