  • "Shame that the hot tub was no longer available."

Information about the property was limited eg what to do with rubbish etc. but the place was lovely otherwise

  • "Lovey accommodation, very clean and tidy, nice touches having the basics welcome pack."

Only negative would be the property coming up on a search that includes children under 16 and then only states at the very bottom not suitable, albeit it was not a problem and customers services resolved very well but caused unnecessary anxiety prior to the trip

  • "Absolutely beautiful cottage, so clean and cosy, we parked outside the front door and never used the car all week as we walked down into the town, quiet area , friendly people would definitely recommend."

  • "The house was lovely and the hot tub a real treat ,the parking is a problem though"

  • "Very poor information on the parking situation, we got a parking ticket as we parked outside the cottage as it says on your website on street parking not that the on street parking is 3 streets away."

There were no instructions about local amenities either. Also the cottage was not very clean & in a very run down part of town. The bathroom was dirty and property smelt damp.

  • "Lovely little cottage located in a residential street within walking distance to the shops."

The cottage is situated in a hilly area .Be aware that parking is limited and only for one car ,which has to display a permit that is provided. We didn’t use the hot tub as there were no tester strips and no way of drying towels quickly.A tumble dryer would be useful. The garden could do with a bit of TLC as there were weeds everywhere.Steps into the garden are quite steep so could do with a hand rail to make them safer. The shower was good but there is an issue around the tiles where grout needs replacing. The cottage is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with essential items. A few more cups and a ovenproof dish would be useful.
