  • "Great stay with lovely neighbours and car parking perfect for our needs."

Lovely sized kitchen and lounge area meaning it was nice and cool in the exceptionally hot weather. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Could do with recycling boxes and instructions for these...appreciate some visitors may not bother with them but would have been nice to have the option. Overall we had a great holiday break.

  • "Took a while to find the key safe when we arrived!"

Instructions on finding it might be useful. Good base for exploring Tor Bay and the surrounding area. A quick walk into the centre of Torquay from the accommodation even if uphill on return. Warm accommodation.

  • "Very nice property, very comfortable and in a quiet location."

Very clean, the laminate throughout shows any dirt etc, but that said very easy to keep clean. Did enjoy the holiday and would return to the holiday home again.

  • "On arrival, first impression not good, lots of weeds on forecourt, dustbins full of rubbish, area outside kitchen really dirty, untidy and with a bucket full of stagnant water ."

In the kitchen , no instructions for cooker and tumble drier , cleanliness of cooker not very good, unit door under sink needed fitting properly. Behind fridge freezer there was an empty package, kitchen knives, the colour on blades was coming off on food when using. Lots of stains on lounge chairs, curtain rails brackets coming out of wall. Seating area outside needed tidying up . Upstairs toilet there was months of dust on pipe work behind sink. In twin bedroom one draw in draw unit had not bottom to it. On a positive note the the beds were clean and comfortable Whilst there we found a leak under the sink, which was superbly dealt with by yourselves. The Coach House is a lovely little cottage it just needs a deep clean and attention to detail

  • "Great Location."

We parked our Car and only used it once when it was raining. Had a problem with the heating rang the owner and he came back to us quickly. Could do with information on appliances. Needs new towels. We Were only in on an Evening so suited us. Smart TV with Netflix was a Bonus. Warm and Clean with Everything you need for a Holiday. It is a good 20 mins uphill from the Harbour but there were lots of good Restaurants and Bars in the Harbour Area and in the Abbey Sands Area.

  • "The cottage was lovely, tucked away so really quiet."

Could have done with larger towels. The bathroom could have benefited from a bath mat as the floor got rather slippy. Over all had a brill time, thank you.

  • "The coach house is within easy walking distance to the town and in a very quiet location ."

The house is quite well equipped, modern and clean . The only negetives were the towels were pretty thin (we went to the shops and brought some to use) . The bathroom mat could do with binning . We could only get the HD channels on the TV. Also it would have been nice to have had a welcome pack , the 1st thing we had to do when we got there Saturday evening was find a shop to get some milk so we could have a cup of tea
