The ground floor hosts two bright and stylish bedrooms, one double and one twin with its own television, ideal for the children.

Up on the first floor lies the third and final double bedroom resting beneath the eaves of the roof, the beautiful skylights letting in an abundance of natural light making a lovely reading spot, complete with a sparkling en-suite shower room - This room is open plan and galleried to the double height living room but screened from view.

The property is ideally located for a rural retreat, with a good host of amenities in easy reach; the village church can be found less than 50 metres away, while a short stroll down a green lane just outside of the property will bring you to the inviting village pub, The Cridford Inn, where you can enjoy a traditional 'pie and a pint' after a busy day exploring.

There are numerous local walks of varying length which start from directly outside the property, through superb Devon countryside and Dartmoor is of course a walker’s paradise.

Houndbeare Barn and Trusham are just two miles from the A38 devon expressway and whilst feeling totally rural you are ideally situated to explore Dartmoor and South Devon.

Chudleigh lies within easy reach, an ancient wool town boasting rich history as well as a variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores to choose from.

Venture into the Dartmoor National Park to find nearby attractions such as the beautiful Canonteign Falls and Becky Falls Ancient Woodland Park, with plenty of walking and cycling routes for all abilities, or choose to explore the coastal resorts of the English Riveria; Torquay, Paignton and Brixham which are just 16 miles away.
