The first floor comprises a large sitting room which has pretty garden views and a small study with desk and chess table - an additional single bed can be made available in this room by arrangement.
There's a also a relaxing spa-like bathroom with a luxurious slipper tub.
On the top floor are three bedrooms – two doubles, one with an en suite shower room, and a single.
You'll want to explore the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with little villages and country pubs.
Further afield you can ride on tram at Seaton, and the fossil hunting beaches of the Jurassic Coast are within easy reach.
