Accommodating up to four people, this marvellous lodge enjoys glimpses of Warren Bay and the Bristol Channel.

Upon arrival, leave your vehicle in the handy private parking and ascend the steps to find a beautifully decorated open-plan living space, with a kitchen offering the designated chef all they need to whip up culinary delights for all the group.

These delights can be enjoyed at the neighbouring dining table, where you can open a bottle of wine and make a toast to this magnificent escape!

When you begin to feel weary, venture through the property to find two well-appointed bedrooms, a double with an en-suite cloakroom and a twin, along with a shower room.

Make the most of your lovely surroundings and take a seat on the rear decking, with its glass fencing perfectly framing those sea views.

The park itself offers a good range of facilities, including a launderette and shop, whilst also providing guests with access to a private stony beach and direct access to woodland trails; you won't have to travel far for a fantastic, self-catered stay!

A very short drive brings you to Watchet, a town boasting a picturesque harbour, intriguing Museums featuring exhibits of the local, maritime heritage, along with a plethora of eateries catering to anyone's taste.

Blue Anchor is also just a stone's throw away and home to more coastal fun, where you can enjoy a tasty treat in one of the beachfront cafes before sauntering down to the sands for an afternoon packed with fun in the sun.

Continue along the coast to Minehead, where walks can be enjoyed through the Blenheim Gardens, a day filled with fun amongst the water rides at Splash Waterworld, along with a competitive round of golf at the Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club.

If you're seeking more outdoors activities, be sure to travel into Exmoor National Park, with the Dunkery & Horner Wood National Nature Reserve being a point of interest, or travel in the other direction to the Quantock Hills AONB, an area home to enchanting woodland.

About the location

Minehead 9 miles.

Watchet is a delightful, small Somerset harbour town with a maritime history going back over two millennia, where visitors may enjoy the variety of quaint shops on offer and watch the boats in the marina. Watchet attracts railway enthusiasts from all around, as The West Somerset Railway, twenty miles of preserved steam railway, passes through Watchet and continues through stunning scenery to the coastal town of Minehead, approximately nine miles away. There are superb walks along the coast from Watchet, while towards St Audries in the east, the Quantock Hills rise to 1,000 feet above the sea and the Brendon Hills and Exmoor are to the west, within easy reach. Explore the many pretty coastal and inland villages including Porlock, with its steep hill and pretty winding streets, Dunster with its dramatic castle perched above the historic village and the busy resort of Minehead with its sandy beach, golf course and traditional seaside attractions. This is an excellent choice of holiday destination for rural beauty, dramatic coastline and splendid walking.
