The property

No 2 Seabreeze is a detached house boasting enviable sea views in the sought-after seaside destination, Westward Ho!.

This wonderfully appointed cottage offers a lovely standard of quality throughout and is perfect for families and friends looking to tour all the fun-packed attractions Devon has to offer.

The first-floor, open-plan living room makes the most of the sea views and is ideal for coming in from the beach and making yourselves at home, with a large sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV, including a PS4 game console to pass a couple of hours.

You can rustle up a tasty dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and get everyone together around the dining table, before fully unwinding into your evening with a chilled glass of wine.

Play your favourite tunes through the Sonos sound bar or catch up on one of your preferred Netflix shows, then later you can make your way to one of the bedrooms to catch your rest.

The king-size double on the first level have en-suite facilities, with a ground floor double bed also having en-suite facilitates whilst the ground floor twins share a bathroom.

Alfresco dining can be enjoyed out on the balcony, which is accessed through the bi-fold doors from the lounge or kitchen areas, and offers the perfect opportunity for watching tangerine sunsets as you tuck into a hearty feast.

You will be mesmerised by the rolling waves on a fine summer's day, beckoning you down to the beach, where you will also find the surf school and woodfired pizza café as you stroll upon golden sands.

The rear garden is fully enclosed, with artificial grass and safe for children to play, while the garage houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and is deal for storing bikes and surf boards.

Enjoy some fantastic watersports during your stay and pay a visit to the Northam Burrows Country Park or discover the many walking and cycling routes on the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trails.
