The property

Surrounded by beautiful views of rolling fields and settled next to the owners home is this beautiful and cheerfully decorated detached farmhouse, Crockernhayes, resting in the outskirts of Whimple, Devon.

Accommodating up to six guests in three bedrooms, Crockernhayes offers a fantastic base for exploring East Devon, and is benefitted by an enclosed garden and thoughtful interiors.

Enter into the vibrant pink porch, offering a taste of the cheerful décor to come, with artwork on the walls to greet you as you leave your boots, shoes and coats here.

Continue straight on into the dining room adorned with blue walls and host to a dining table and chairs seating six guests, with a large window overlooking the front.

Spend your evening relaxing within the delightful sitting room, with two plush white sofas to sink into, a large Smart TV to enjoy and a range of books and DVDs on the bookshelf, all amidst sunshine yellow accents in the décor with a painted window frame framing the views out to the fields.

A leafy green adorns the walls of the kitchen/diner, with a contemporary dining table with bench seating to one end, and a galley style kitchen layout to the other, you can find all the appliances you need here including a dishwasher, with further amenities in the utility which leads into the handy cloakroom with a basin and WC.

A generous sized garden provides the perfect spot to spend a summer afternoon, with plenty of lawn space for games and outdoor seating for alfresco dining.

Take the stairs to the first floor, passing a wonderful quilt hanging on the wall made by the owner, and coming to the family shower room, with a modern towel rail and walk-in shower enclosure.

Enjoy a unique day out with Peak Hill Llamas, taking one of these friendly creatures out on a trek along the Jurassic Coast with various experiences to book including a llama walk followed by afternoon tea!
