The property

Bournemouth 0.6 miles.

Hoppapill House is a very spacious apartment occupying the entire ground floor facing the sea in West Cliff, adjacent to Bournemouth.

With no road to cross to access the promenade, guests can walk through a wooded park to the beach steps, making this an ideal apartment for a family-holiday by the seafront and a bustling town.

Access to the apartment is through a private secure gate from the parking area, where there is one private parking space with lockable post, as well as free on-street parking subject to availability.

The apartment sits at the very end of a mid 19th-century red brick Victorian street.

Upon entering the apartment there is an open-plan reception, large dining table and a relaxing area with a Smart TV.

This leads on to a well-equipped contemporary kitchen.

The spacious living room boasts high ceilings, oak flooring, access to the garden and the conservatory.

There is a large inviting sofa, plus sofa bed and a second Smart TV.

There are three bedrooms: one super-king-size with a glimpse of sea views from the bay window, one king-size and one twin, all of which have built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage.

Both the king-size and twin feature glass doors to the conservatory where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast overlooking the garden watching the squirrels burying their nuts in the lawn!

The apartment boasts an impressive sized bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower, as well as a second shower room and a separate WC.

Throughout you will find patio doors leading out onto the private enclosed garden with lawn area and garden furniture, so you can relax on the sun loungers with a book or enjoy an al fresco meal on the decking area with its lovely sea views.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars a short journey away, whilst Bournemouth Pier, Russell Cotes Art Gallery and Museum are a short walk along the promenade or across West Cliff green.

The apartment is also in a great location for exploring further afield, such as the chain link ferry over to Studland where you will find The Shell Bay restaurant, The Pig Hotel, Old Harry’s Rock and much much more!

Head south to Hengistbury Head and the famous beach huts on Muddeford Spit or explore the wildlife on Brownsea Island.

Christchurch is another historic town to visit with award-winning beaches, coastal nature reserve and heritage attractions including Christchurch Castle ruins and Christchurch Priory.

Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door is a must-see excursion or go east for the spectacular Hurst Castle built by Henry VIII.
