The delightful ForestBay cottage is situated in Barton-on-Sea, near the market town of New Milton, between ‘the New Forest & the Sea’.

This detached property offering wonderful accommodation is superb for families or couples.

Inside, the cottage offers a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring.

Offering three well-appointed bedrooms, two king-size (one with en-suite) and a twin bedroom, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements to suit everyone. During the warmer months, throw open the patio doors to discover the property’s enclosed garden, where children can play on the lawn whilst you enjoy a relaxing drink on the patio area or in the Garden Room.

An easy 5-minute stroll will bring you to local shops, takeaways, a pub and a restaurant and the surrounding area plays host to numerous attractions.

For walking and cycling lovers you have the New Forest National Park to explore, with a charming history, breath-taking landscape and wildlife including the famous New Forest ponies.

Bike hire is easily available in the Forest.

For budding chefs the famous ‘Chewton Glen’ Hotel & Spa is less than 1 mile away where you can book yourself onto an exclusive cookery course.

Younger guests will be delighted with the water sports on offer in the area, the beach at Barton-on-Sea (part of the Jurassic coast) and the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum - a winner for adults and children alike.

Crabbing at Mudeford is great fun and sandy beaches are only 10 minutes drive away.

Barton on Sea is a clifftop village adjoining the bustling town of New Milton, only 5.5 miles from Christchurch on the south coast. Situated at the eastern end of Christchurch Bay, there are spectacular views across the Solent towards 'The Needles' on the western end of the Isle of Wight, towards Hurst Castle to the east and towards Christchurch and Hengistbury Head to the west. The coastal path winds its way beside the local golf course towards Lymington, where you can take one of the regular ferries to the Isle of Wight. Explore the beautiful New Forest National Park with its wild ponies and pretty villages, whilst a visit to the National Motor Museum or the stunning gardens at Exbury is a must.
