  • "Great accommodation in a lovely unspoiled village."

My only thing that could be changed is to have an anti slip mat for the very slippery bath

  • "Clean, comfortable accommodation, lovely and peaceful."

Great pub 5 min walk away, serving great food. Only slight gripe - think bed has seen better days, but every thing else perfect, well equipped. Just what we needed for a weeks chilling

  • "Really nice little cottage."

Well equipped. Clean and tidy. Some nice little touches. Highly recommend.

  • "Elm cottage is very comfortable and well-equipped."

It was cosy and warm when we arrived and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a short break with plenty of cups, plates etc and a good selection of cooking equipment. Nice extras include some board games and books, and the shared tumble dryer really came in handy for a wet week in October! The setting is great, very peaceful and it was lovely to have fresh eggs from the friendly chickens for breakfast. The trampoline and outdoor toys were a big hit with our son, too!

Really nice to have fresh eggs, thank-you.

  • "Very relaxing break, fresh free eggs every morning from the coop."

Great local pub for beer and good. Nothing else to say.

  • "A beautiful cottage with everything you need."

Kind, approachable owners and a lovely local pub. Also an added bonus of fresh eggs daily and the local fish and chip van every Thursday! I would highly recommend this cottage as we took our 12 and 14 year olds and they too had fun. About a 10 - 15 minute drive from Shaftsbury and the Fovant badges the other way.
