We stayed at Birch Lodge for a week in August it is a self contained one bed room cottage in the grounds of the owner property very well appointed with well equipped kitchen , if self catering , large wet room , lounge and bedroom. Bedroom has large comfortable double bed and a large wall mounted television ( Only a small television in lounge would have thought the larger set would have been more appropriate in lounge but haho perhaps some couples like to retire to bed to watch TV) The cottage is set adjacent to the owners house in a gated court yard with outside seating great if you are lucky enough like we were to have warm weather very little traffic noise as the road outside is quite rural just the sounds of the country side. All in all a very pleasant stay and would thoroughly recommend this property.
