“Great house, fantastic location, convenient to a number great beaches etc.”

Only down side owner obviously smokes cigars around the house and being being open plan layout it smelled everywhere, particularly if doors and windows closed all day. Dishwasher operational but could not clean plates, cutlery etc. Ice making facility on freezer not working. For house of this standard and rental cost would have expected better cutlery, mugs, glasses. The above let the property down.
