The property

Frome 2.9 miles.

Resting high up on a hill in the charming village of Buckland Dinham, which is steeped in history and rich in architecture, is the wonderful Hoopers Lodge, a cottage with spectacular views from all rooms.

On arrival, parking is available either on the roadside at the bottom of the steps or on the lane to the right, leading to the church up the hill, perfect for you to explore your new surroundings and soak in the scenery as you take a short stroll to the cottage.

Access to the cottage is up 18 steps through the landscaped terrace gardens where you are rewarded with the most beautiful view in all directions at the top.

Follow a further 8 steps from the gardens into the home entering into a hallway where you can house your belonging.

Stepping through the property, discover the sitting room where an exposed stone wall takes center stage; snuggle up on the sofa with the glow of the fire in the background creating a relaxing ambience, while a sofa bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements and can also be pulled out for a film night in.

Gather around the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal with your loved ones, where you can plan an itinerary for an exciting day out and toast to a fabulous holiday.

Travel to the bustling market town of Shepton Mallet where you can walk around beautiful gardens, experience wine tasting at Wraxall Vineyard or take a guided tour around Shepton Mallet Prison for an informative trip in to the past.
