It was comfortable for us as 4 adults & 2 dogs, and the enclosed front garden was useful to keep the dogs safe. The decoration is eclectic & suits the age of the cottage, however some areas of damp require attention in the bedrooms. The cottage was warm & cosy, although we were advised that there would be a starter pack for the log burner, however there were no kindling sticks, we managed to get it going at our 3rd attempt. note for the owners: The shower tray filled up very quickly, we checked to see if there was a blockage but couldn't see anything, not an issue for us, but it may cause you damp problems We enjoyed our stay & would come back
