"Marine parade is a stunning house."
Its location is perfect for the beach, and enjoying the seafront in Lyme. It is a home away from home. We will visit again to enjoy the views and G&Ts on the rooftop terrace. We had a wonderful time.

It is stylish, very comfortable, beautifully laid out and only 2 minutes walk from the beach. Tristan was a great host, incredibly helpful, always on hand and had super recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the local area. The hamper of goodies for our stay was a lovely treat. Lyme Regis is a great location, a morning stroll around the Cobb is a must! I would highly recommend Tristan and his lovely beach house.

Onto the house, what can I say other than the location is exactly what we wanted, literally nip in and out to the beach and back in 20 seconds. Really good restaurants and bars near by. Just perfect for families and adults groups alike. We have previously stayed at the town side of Lyme Regis so being by the beach and the Cobb was a great change and well worth it. The weather was great which helped but Tristan’s house is suitable regardless of the weather if you are looking for a chilled out break. The welcome pack was a really nice touch with lots of seasonal goodies. Will definitely book again, our favourite family holiday location by far.

Port House is a stunning property which enjoys an enviable position, just a stone's throw from the water's edge, in the highly sought-after and picturesque coastal town of Lyme Regis, Dorset, famous for its historic Cobb Harbour and glorious beaches, which are all nearby.
Located on the stunning Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and within the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty this is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a seaside break at any time of the year.
This extremely well-presented accommodation is arranged over three floors and has been cleverly designed to take full advantage of the wonderful coastal location.
Uniquely styled throughout, the stunning open plan living/dining room/kitchen is located on the second floor and enjoys lovely sea views, taking in the harbour and along the esplanade.
With vaulted ceilings and skylight windows which flood the room with light, this is a fantastic sociable space with a stylish and well-equipped kitchen and colourful furnishings throughout.
Take a step outside to the adjoining balcony where the views continue creating the perfect spot to enjoy a ‘sundowner’ while you soak in the sea air.
When it comes to bedtime, two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor, a spacious king-size room and a twin room with en-suite shower room, and zip/link beds providing the flexibility to become a super-king size room.

The third bedroom, a stylish and bright double room, is located on the ground floor with doors opening onto the rear courtyard garden, and a further bathroom is also located on this floor.
When it comes to location, Port House is ideally positioned to enjoy it all with the promenade and iconic Cobb Harbour only a short, level walk away.
Only moments from the house, the seafront, with its family-friendly beaches, is popular with bathers and perfect for those looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday.
For those wishing to get out on the water, paddle board and kayak hire is available on the beach with regular boat excursions and fishing trips running from the harbour.
Food lovers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out with a fantastic range of restaurants, pubs and cafés close by, including fine dining for special occasions, great pop-up options serving local food, and of course, no trip to the coast is complete without trying some of the local fish and shellfish which is readily available.
