The property

A detached holiday home Magnolia House is located in the popular area of Radipole, Weymouth.

The main town centre, local amenities and beach are about one mile away.

Whether you are planning a family gathering or friends’ get-together, this holiday home is very comfortable. This Victorian house has been decorated in a neutral palette of colours, with contemporary conveniences.

The furnishings and equipment are of an excellent quality, both inside and outside. A nearby footpath takes you to Radipole Park where there is a children's play area, tennis courts and landscaped gardens.

Adjacent to the park is the internationally renowned RSPB Nature Reserve, accessed via the car park about 200metres past the park, where you could feed the ducks or walk amongst the reeds and lagoons and admire the wildlife.

Weymouth town centre and the award-winning beach can be reached on foot on a bicycle using the cycle path on Radipole Park drive.

The 'Famous Old Spa Pub' is close by and serves a varied menu and has a large garden with children's play equipment.

You will also find a newsagent, Chinese and Indian takeaways, a butcher, a hairdresser, a beautician and a Lidl in the same area and a large Morrisons and Sainsburys Supermarket and petrol station less than half a mile away.

Magnolia House is ideally located to explore the Dorset coastline and to visit the market town of Bridport or county town of Dorchester that are only a short drive away.

The beautiful Corfe Castle ruins or Lulworth castle are just a short drive away to East too. Magnolia House offers an enjoyable seaside holiday in Dorset for family or friends in this comfortable holiday home.
