Situated near the owner's house, this property benefits from a semi-private position and is attached to the gardener/caretaker's cottage.

Approached via a flight of wooden steps to a small porch area, giving you delightful views of the private terrace, this will lead you into the spacious open-plan studio-style living space.

Delight in the welcome package you will receive from the owner, containing hand-picked flowers, homemade marmalade, pint of milk and a small loaf of wholemeal bread, just that little bit extra to make your stay a delightful one.

Gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and pair it with a well-deserved glass of wine.

There is a small lounge area, with a plush Knole sofa where you can curl up and enjoy an evening with your loved one, catching up with your favourite shows, whilst the warming electric fire keeps you warm during those chilly winter months.

The bedroom has a large king-size bed, suitable for two people to get some much needed rest for the day's ahead.

“It was a perfect place for us.”

Kind and helpful hosts, beautiful surroundings, quiet and rural, but the train station nearby means it's not isolated.
