Our only problem while staying was with the front door key. Instructions given by the owner were vague and did not contain any instructions as to the yale lock/latch which we unlocked on leaving the property on the first day with a consequence we could not get back in with the key for another lock on the door - had to call the owner who arrived an hour and a half later! We did recommend that he told future tenants of this problem and explain not to use latch lock

"Great place to stay."
House was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. Complimentary Prosecco, team coffee etc. short walk to Cliff top ( lovely walk ) with a nice pub with live music.

This stunning, 300-year-old, detached cottage sits within walking distance of the sea in the coastal village of Barton-on-Sea.

As the evening comes to a close, venture upstairs and discover three tastefully furnished bedrooms, including two king-size rooms and a TV, whilst there is a double on the ground-floor, ideal for those with limited mobility.
Within a mile there is a wealth of amenities, ranging from independent shops to pubs and restaurants, not forgetting the magnificent beach where you can paddle in the shores and bath on the sand.
Head to the New Forest National Park for scenic rambles, boasting picturesque landscapes, open moor and fantastic wildlife including the famous New Forest ponies.
Why not head out for a day to the Isle of Wight, easily accessible with ferries running from Lymington, which is just a short drive away.
