“As I informed you on the first day of our holiday, after a pretty miserable journey down in the pouring rain we had to fight our way through the shrubbery which had been allowed to completely cover the entrance gate on the decking.”

The central heating wasn’t on and we were unable to get it going all through our stay. After much hunting around for instructions we managed to get the fire in the lounge going and this did warm us through really well. Unfortunately this did not manage to warm through to the end bedroom. This stayed cold all the time. The carpet in the lounge was quite badly marked with two large (what seemed like water marks) by the bathroom and by the bedroom doors. Unlike other properties we have visited ...

Unlike other properties we have visited there was no visitors book, which usually also includes all the information you might need during your stay. The king size bed in the main bedroom is definitely not suitable for arthritic septuagenarians. Even our daughter really struggled getting in and out of this bed. Not an ideal choice for a holiday home. In general, this property looked tired. Not what we were expecting. The site, however, was very good. Both amenities and staff get full marks from us. We were disappointed that even though you acknowledged our complaints, nothing was done about it. This holiday sadly would discourage us to use your agency again.
