The property

A lovely two bedroom semi-detached property resting on the outskirts of Bournemouth, Littledown is a great base for an escape to the seaside, as well as being within reach of the New Forest National Park.

Boasting an enclosed garden, off-road parking on the driveway and a delightful open-plan living room, ideal for a family of four.

Step inside and be welcomed into the open-plan dining and sitting room, with stylish sofas and armchairs to relax on as you enjoy the TV, and a dining table to gather around at the end of the day.

Rustle up some home-cooked treats in the sleek kitchen, which is equipped with all you need for a self-catered stay, including an electric oven and hob and a handy washing machine.

Children will love having the enclosed garden to play in, while the decking with outdoor furniture offers an excellent space to indulge in an aperitif before heading out to dine somewhere for the evening in summer.

Upstairs you can find two bedrooms, with a double and a twin room, along with a family bathroom.

Seven miles of golden sands await you at Southbourne Beach, right along the coast to Bournemouth Pier and the well known area of Sandbanks at Poole Harbour entrance.

From Poole Quay you can find Ferry Boat rides to National Trust Brownsea Island and trips around the Bay including the Jurassic Coast.

Visit Oceanarium and learn about the amazing marine ecosystems as well as viewing feeding sessions and travelling through the underwater tunnel.

Bournemouth Pier boasts more amusements with an arcade, a café, boat trips along the coast and even a rock-climbing wall at RockReef.

For an adventurous day out visit the theme park, Adventure Wonderland, which has rides, an inflatable slide, and a runaway, or visit Splashdown waterpark on a hot day and cool off on the flumes, slides and rides.

As well as walking along the lively coast, you can also find great walking country in the New Forest National Park.

Catch a show at the Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre, wander around the Russell Cotes Art Gallery & Museum, and enjoy a picnic in the beautiful Bournemouth Upper Gardens.
