The property

This three-storey, listed cottage has stood in the vibrant coastal town of Poole since the 16th century.

Bursting with character, this well-located getaway is the perfect spot for an unforgettable Dorset break with your friends and family.

Upon entering Mary Tudor Cottage, you will be drawn in by the fascinating wallpaper, bearing the faces of some of the heroes of the Tudor era.

The ground floor occupies the wonderfully warming living areas; a beautiful, chic kitchen boasting all of the necessary appliances contrasts lovingly with the cosy sitting room that is graced with fabulous bespoke sofas, exposed wooden beams, a Smart TV and a stunning fireplace housing a woodburning stove.

This floor also offers a lovely, sociable dining room and a handy cloakroom.

Head to the two upper floors to discover the cottage's four luscious bedrooms; the master room showcasing a classy four poster bed and a quirky, open en-suite in an exquisite fashion.

The three other bedrooms are made up of a double, a twin and a single room, two also boasting en-suite facilities whilst the single room nestles comfortably under the traditional sloping ceiling.

To the rear of the property sits a delightful walled garden with plenty of seating, a barbecue and a firepit for all to enjoy under the summer sun.

The charm-filled coastal town of Poole has everything that you could ask for, from a multitude of high-quality amenities to its natural harbour offering boat trips to some beautiful islands nearby.
