“Beautiful, clean, bright flat in the middle of old town Poole and a much prized parking space included.”
Everything we needed was there. An ideal property to explore Poole and the area.

“The Coach House is a pleasant apartment in a quiet road.”
Lovely and clean. Easy walking distance to the quay, Dolphin centre and the station. These factors were important to me as I do not have a car. I did have a query with the TV and phoned the owners who were very friendly and helpful. I had a brilliant holiday there.- Mrs Fitzsimmons, September 2020

Not as good as previous visits Short of towels although replaced later A number of light bulbs either not working or flickering especially the bathroom over the basin mirror found it difficult to shave notified the owner who said he couldn’t replace till Friday reported on Sunday Outside area tables and chairs not cleaned and not swept General cleanliness not as good as previous visits- Mr Hucker, September 2020
“The apartment is in an ideal location and very easy to find.”
The Poole Quay is right on the doorstep and lovely for a walk around. Its a great base for exploring the area. The apartment itself was lovely although beware if your tall as it does have slopping ceilings in places some of which are near sockets and above the bath/shower. Was a little surprised to find no oven trays or cleaning products which have found in other places booked and the sofa isn't the comfiest for sitting for long periods of time but that may be a personal thing. Parking is a bit fiddly mainly due to the lane being so narrow but it wasn't a major issue and there is parking near by if needed.- Mrs White, August 2020

Great area near all facilities short walk to everything also has parking, would have liked a bit more outside space otherwise fantastic- Mrs Brown, August 2020
“Location, standard, communication from owners and left to enjoy the holiday.”- Ms Jesson, July 2020
“A beautiful apartment, once got used to the door codes all was good.”
The light in the kitchen kept flickering. The apartment was well equipped with all we needed, lovely decorated and lovely furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great, plenty of storage. When using the shower if you were over 6ft think you would have an probelm but they also have a hand shower. It was in a great location to poole quay. Not many restaurants were opened but the few that were was very organised. We ate at the custom house and the la lupa (italian restaurant) fantastic food and lovely friendly staff. The only thing you definitely learn the sea gull language when staying hear!! Very loud at night time, but officially cannot be helped. We had a great week and would certainly go back.- Ms Anderson, July 2020
“Super little apartment, ideally situated close to the Quay with associated restaurants and pubs.”- Mr Harris, February 2020
“Comfortable warm and well-appointed apartment.”
Very secure - possibly too many locks to have to deal with! Good to be able to put car in garage off street. Short walk to Poole quayside. Somewhat disappointed with Poole town centre - seemed quite run-down but better on quay.- Mr Gwynn, November 2019
“The Coach House is in an excellent, quiet location, being a few minutes walk from the Quay where various boat trips and walks around the Harbour can be taken.”
It is also close to other amenities, cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating to view the Harbour activities. The Poole Museum is nearby and is very informative. The actual apartment is a self-contained building and therefore very quiet with a sunny outdoor courtyard for alfresco dining. There is a large screen smart TV and DVD player. We were very pleased with the modern electric oven and hob, plus built in microwave. We found the bed very comfortable and the lighting excellent. The bathroom has two shower heads and we had copious hot water. An extremely comfortable apartment which is very attractively furnished and stylish. Mr and Mrs Owens, Manchester.- Mr Owens, October 2019
