The property

Situated in one of the most popular locations in Weymouth right near the promenade, Seascape is conveniently on the ground floor in a converted hotel. The accommodation welcomes you with a large and spacious open plan living area with dining and kitchen areas where you can socialise and enjoy the company of each other, plan the next day’s adventures. The apartment has its enclosed garden where you can relax, get to know other guests staying nearby as it is shared with other holidaying guests in the building. The garden gate will open and you will find yourself right onto the Esplanade facing the sandy Weymouth beach.

You may with to explore the area and walk along the Esplanade both directions, or just spend the day outside basking in the sun.

Towards the Pavilion and the town centre the sand is finer, towards Preston it gets a bit pebblier. Relax in the afternoon with a book in nearby award-winning Greenhill Gardens landscaped beautifully with different colour flowers and green.

Check out the posters and you might find yourself listening to the concert outdoors as local bands like to play in the gardens quite frequently in summer months. Town centre is a short stroll away along the Esplanade with many restaurants, shops, cafes.

There are supermarkets if you wish to do a bigger shopping.

Dorset countryside and coast has a lot to offer for those wanting to explore more.

Venture West and you will find beautiful Jurassic period rocks at Lulworth Cove, Chapman’s Pool, Kimmeridge Bay.

The beach at Greenhill is the perfect option for those seeking a quieter beach day away from the hustle and bustle of the traditional sandy beach day activities. There are a choice of beach side cafés as well as a pitch & putt that is adjacent to tennis courts. There are many Georgian houses which front onto the seafront and esplanade, along with many other historic buildings, enjoy the variety and extensive sea views as you stroll along the seafront. It’s a short 10-15-minute stroll from Greenhill into Weymouth main town centre, where you can find local independent shops tucked away in the side streets, surrounded by many high street favourites. Greenhill is the ideal location for people who want to be close to the centre without being in it.
