You can also watch the ducks and geese on the lake.
A short drive from the lodge is the renowned Royal Bath and West Showground, which has regular events throughout the year, including flea markets and antique fairs and not forgetting the annual agricultural show.
Also, short drives away are Wells, Englands smallest city and home to the magnificent cathedral and Bishops Palace, Glastonbury, home to the Abbey and Tor, Cheddar Gorge and the cities of Bristol and Bath.
