“We have used Dream Cottages for several years and alwys been satisfied.”

For even more years we have taken holidays in the Weymouth area, but for obvious reasons, this year was less vibrant in the town and at the attractions which usually take our attention. Nevertheless Weymouth and its environs are alwys worth a visit.

it was clean and comfortable. Downside, other people coming in using the gates would often ring our bell, the T.V control did not work because the batteries inside had leaked, and it would have been nice to have a heated towel rail that you could switch on and off as required. We managed to dry our towels outside because the weather was good. I would still recommend this property, just a few tweaks would make it perfect.

“Location was awful and none of the photos on the website gave any clue to this.”

It was opposite the Sea cadets which meant loud vehicles reversing next to the house at all hours as well as constant noise from teenagers.The gate in front where the car was parked made a loud squeeking noise every time it opened.The blinds in the bedrooms were not sufficient to block out light.Our daughter woke very early as her room was far too light.The single beds has buttons on the mattresses which were uncomfortable.The floor was dirty throughout the house.The windows were very stiff to open.The main bedroom door did not close.The side lamp light in the lounge didn't work.The DVD remote didn't work There was no rack in the grill pan.We do not recommend this property and feel disappointed after spending over €1000.A big let down.

Thank you for your valuable feedback on the property. During the summer period the Sea Cadets come and go from their headquarters but this is usually between normal working hours using light vehicles, due to their activities with young adults. You are the first guest to highlight any inconvenience caused by the organisation but please rest assured the owner will be discussing this with them and the block management at their yearly meeting. The owner wishes to pass on their thanks for your observations and will look into these on the next changeover. We try to encourage guest to report these types of issues whilst staying to allow owners to quickly rectify those they are able to, to make your stay more comfortable. We have used dream cottages for many years.. The cottage has everything needed for a good holiday. It is centrally situated for everything in Weymouth .Would recommend to all.

The property

A two-bedroom end of terrace mews house situated near the Harbourside. On the ground floor is a cosy sitting room and diner, leading through to the modern kitchen.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom where you can relax and enjoy a morning brew watching the news on the flat screen TV.

The twin single room is comfortable.

Situated in an ideal location near to The Nothe Gardens with expanding open grassed areas and trees.

Newton's Cove a small shingle beach with rock pools perfect for exploring is just a two-minute walk from the property.

Take a short stroll from the property and head down towards Brewers Quay area and Hope Square, which offers lots of dining choices where you can enjoy some alfresco dining.

Walking on through to the Harbour where you can watch the fisherman bring in their catch of the day, or if you fancy a trip exploring the sites across the sea you can pick up a boat ride.

Carrying on over the town bridge you arrive at the town centre with lots to browse through from popular brands to local deli.

As you head towards the Esplanade you will smell the sea air and enjoy the views of the famous Weymouth Beach.
