The hairdryer on the wall was a good idea and actually near a mirror. Thank you. Our only suggestion would be for a grab handle on the wall to help with getting out of the bath for the slightly older visitor.

The welcome hamper was a lovely thought. The only minor thing is that in the double room duvets were stored on the top of the wardrobe and a big bag of towels on the bottom of the wardrobe. We could have utilised this space with our empty luggage bags but ended up storing them in the car and we could have put our shoes at the bottom of the wardrobe. As I said only a minor thing so we would definately stay here again and would recommend this place to others. A very relaxed enjoyable stay.

Fantastic weather helped but missed outdoor space. Suggest removing bushes under front window to install a couple of chairs. Sofa very worn and not comfortable. Decor and soft furnishings dated. Offset by the excellent location. We have stayed in better on the complex but still had an amazing week.

This property is an ideal location near the harbour with lovely restaurants to choose from, also ideal and safe for children to do some crabbing which our son does enjoy so thank you once again Sykes Cottages for a very enjoyable stay would definitely recommend

The hoover isn't very powerful. However, everything else was great. Especially having a washing machine and airer, it meant we went home with minimal dirty laundry!

Complained to Dream Cottages who said they didn’t manage the property but would pass the information to the owner who never contacted us. Also had a problem with the front door lock which was never fixed properly.

Lounge/kitchen/diner on the small side but perfectly adequate. Nicely decorated and smart, tidy furniture and carpets. Bed comfy. Larger fridge freezer and washer/dryer very useful. A lovely find and hope we’ll return.

Everything was so clean & pleasantly decorated & thoughtful Admiral’s Quay is in a lovely secluded spot where you can really relax & enjoy the quiet , but is nevertheless so convenient for everything else Weymouth has to offer . We had a really lovely time , thank you so much .

"Not being able to get into the property until 5 o,clock is ridiculous."
That means you don't get a chance to unpack before your evening meal.you have to vacant by ten still so you lose a complete day.have you ever tried finding a parking spot on a Saturday in weymouth.

"Not the property you expect in a rental everything was well finished including decoration carpets, furniture and kitchen units."
Everything worked well, shower was good. rooms were well thought out with clean good quality units in bedrooms. Bed in main bedroom was good quality and really provided a good nights sleep. And tv was a nice feature., Location was excellent with a short walk to everything. The secure parking was icing on the cake. This property will be hard to beat if we venture anywhere else. Thank you.

I've stopped at admirals quarter on about 5 occasions and its always spotless. It's a great location too. I'm sure I'll be back

Apartment is in a very good location with secure parking.It was very clean and in a good condition. Better quality pots and pans would of made cooking easier ( the frying pan was particularly poor)and a few kitchen items such as scissors and oven gloves would also have been useful .

However disappointing to have to report that as highlighted by a visitor in a previous review the expelair in the bathroom still isn't working.

Very modern .Quiet location , lovely walks on the nothe forte which is close to the apartment & also walking distance of the town .Great you have your own parking space behind an electric gate .Have already booked for next year again

"12 months ago I advised that the shower head and the bath plug were not working this year still the same and I had to purchase shower head descaler."
. I also advised that the bedroom carpet was in need of a good clean this also has not been carried out. the windows in the lounge need attention as hard to open this was also mentioned 12 months ago. Under the kitchen wall cupboards need cleaning. The double bed could do with a new mattress as no support. this is the 6th time we have used dream cottages and have mentioned problems with a previous apartment and am disappointed that feedback does not seem to be taken seriously by the owners. suggestion for apartment 4 owner to take 1 week of unoccupied time during the year and carry out deep clean of the double bedroom carpet. we will not be using apartment 4 or 5 in the future

Set on one level, this modern property provides high quality accommodation for families in this lovely seaside destination. Starting with the combined, lounge, kitchen, diner where you can cook dinner for all, yet still enjoy the time together discussing the day of adventures you have been on.
The master bedroom is cosy.

Located next to the gem that is The Nothe Gardens, with large open grassed areas, trees, and attractive walks stretching above the coast - perfect for a picnic or afternoon stroll.
Newton's Cove a small shingle beach with rock pools perfect for exploring with nets and buckets which soon fill up with crabs and little fish is a two minute walk from the property.
Just a short stroll down from the property is the attractive Brewers Quay area and Hope Square where you have a choice of dining opportunities, many with outside areas.
Leading on from Hope Square is the pretty old harbour side.
Here you can indulge in a white water ride or a gentler trip to Portland via different crafts.
Crossing over the town bridge takes you to the town centre which has a good selection of well-known high street brands, quaint little lanes individual and quirky shops.
