  • "We all thoroughly enjoyed our week at Durbyfield."

The only thing that would have made it more perfect is to have a little more cutlery, we found we had to keep hand washing pieces every meal time that we are in the cottage.

Thank you for your helpful feedback, we have acted upon this for future guests. I hope you choose to stay with us again very soon, all the best Helen Property Owner

  • "The cottage was excellent, clean and spacious."

The main difficulty I encountered was obtaining the code to access the key. The reception was poor for my mobile phone and it took 3 calls to the owner to give me the necessary code. I only obtained the owners number from some people who had arrived at another cottage, otherwise i would have had to return home with my 4 grandchildren. This was a stressful start, which with a little more thought could have been avoided.

Great rural location for exploring Weymouth and the surrounding area. Easy check in and out, and all communication straight forward, would definitely return again!

  • "We enjoyed our stay here, the photos do not do the property justice in that they don't show the generous room sizes, the spacious hallway etc."

I don't think the description mentions being adjacent to an equestrian centre which we felt was a bonus, especially if guests have young children.
