  • "Had a great stay."

Very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable beds. It is a good location to get to local interesting places. Well fenced garden for our dog. Slight maintenance issue with shower seals leaking. And the fridge makes weird “mooing” noises !!! Which irritates a little in the evening when in the lounge area - but nothing that bothered us overmuch. Great break and we will return, thanks Terry and Jane

Dear Mr T B, Thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to provide feedback on your stay, its wonderful to hear your positive experience staying in Overcombe Mill and are so pleased you enjoyed it. Comfortable beds are very important to us so thank you for confirming. We've re-sealed the shower thank you for letting us know, and listened for the mooing noise and sadly haven't heard anything it may need a full fridge for the cooler to need to work hard and moo into action! We look forward to welcoming you to one of our cottages again very soon, all the best Helen and the team Property Owner

  • "I cannot fault this holiday."

We were blown away with how stunning the accommodation is and how thoughtfully designed and laid out it is. My 13 year old westie was so chilled and at home there. The facilities are superb, the kitchen is really great to use in the spacey kitchen/dining/living area. Three toilets make for no arguments

Wow, thank you very much for your review, so pleased you loved your stay Donna and hope that you choose to return again very soon, all the best Helen and the team Property Owner

Also the frying pan on the small side when doing breakfast for six people. The television in the main area a little small. Other wise a very enjoyable place to stay.

  • "We loved the accommodation which was super stylish,so well designed and even with no heating warm so presumably great insulation."

So happy that our dog was greeted with 2 metal bowls and a few dog treats-she was sold. We admired the horses whose stables were round the back at a distance. Also good we could walk in some of the fields with our dog. We didn't walk to the pub within a mile as the country lanes didn't seem safe enough in the dark.

Also the mattresses can be better. Overall facilities good and the location is also very good, definitely recommended for stay:)
