  • "Lovely clean and comfortable property with everything you need in a beautiful quiet location probably the best one we have stayed in."

Look forward to returning to this property.

Thank you very much. So pleased you enjoyed Harbour View Poole. I have changed the wording for clearer instructions on the key box. Should make it easier for everyone. Property Owner

  • "19 Labrador Drive is lovely."

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had great difficulty finding Harbour View. We spent nearly half an hour looking for it until we realised we actually needed 19 Labrador Drive! We were disappointed there was no two pin socket in the bathroom for the electric razor and toothbrush charger. The double bedroom door was noisy when opening and closing, disturbing the twin room occupant. An extra socket in the double bedroom would have been good for using the hairdryer.

The location is 10 out of 10, great for a walk into Poole quay or Poole Park and ideal for road networks. The owners where quick to help with any queries, nothing was too much. Already looking for to another stay.

Thank you so much, very kind. Happy to hear you had a good time. Property Owner

  • "The house was very clean and well equipped."

Sadly we were very disappointed with the state of the garden. Very dirty, bits of debris on the ground. I have photos to share. We felt that the patio should have been swept and hosed down at the very least. Privacy in the garden is an issue and inside the lounge when the curtains are open. People can look in through the back fence alongside the pavement, which they frequently did and straight into the lounge. That panelling should be similar to the side panelling which makes it private.

Thank you for photos. My husband went over to clear it up. It was apparently remains of a dead Seagull. He also painted the fence Sea Blue as you found it unattractive. Hope it helps. Property Owner

  • "Great location and good to be so close to the quay."

Good clean accommodation and facilities. Only problem was the noise of the boiler in the twin bedroom which started at 6:30am instead of the expected 8:00am, so switched it off after the first morning and all well after that.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry you were disturbed. I’ve reset the timer to 8am and provided detailed instructions on how to set the time so any guest can have hot water when they need it. Thank you. Property Owner

  • "Very clean property, comfy beds."

Good location for exploring Dorset, lovely view of the harbour from the property. The shower was very disappointing. Not enough water pressure. Also would have been handy to have WiFi.

One or two people have let us know the pressure is low on the shower so we have now rectified that with a plumber fitting an electric pump so the pressure is now very good and gives an excellent shower. Thank you for your feedback. Internet has now been installed for this years letting season. Property Owner

  • "We were very pleased with the accommodation."

It was cleaned to a high standard (and I’m fussy). The accommodation was well equipped and the decor and furniture was bright and modern. It was a perfect location being within a short walk from the centre of Poole with all its shops, bars, eateries and good bus services and boats too! The sea view from the main bedroom window was a pleasure to see everyday! We had a fantastic week and visited lots of interesting places around Poole. We would definitely recommend Harbour View, Poole
