  • "Sutton Poyntz is a lovely village."

We would think twice about re-booking this property if there was an alternative available. It served the purpose. Although it did have beds for 8 people, you could not open the door fully in one of the rooms as the 2 beds only just fitted into the room. There was not enough glasses or chairs round the dining table for 8 to eat all together - only enough for 6, which would have been much more comfortable. it is assuming at least 4 of the 8 occupants are children. Only one decent shower. Kitchen very full of Aga which you can not use. House was on a very steep slope, which made it difficult for people with walking difficulties. Chalet bungalow had been built in the garden and made you feel very overlooked.
