“All the reviews on your website complain about the heating/water thermostat, 12 months on this has still not been fixed.”

If you want hot water the heating is on.

If you want hot water the heating is on. Patio furniture not to standard with this property, should be something far more substantial and comfortable. Very well equipped and clean kitchen except for the frying pan which was disgraceful. There is nothing in your instructions once at the property to tell you where the garage is where the keys are kept

About the location

SUTTON POYNTZ

Weymouth 3.7 miles; Dorchester 5.4 miles

Sutton Poyntz is a small village on the northern side of Preston, on the outskirts of Weymouth, and it sits beneath the George III chalk horse that is carved into the hillside. At the centre of the village sits a beautiful duck pond, and the Springhead pub, where you can enjoy a drink in the pub gardens whilst admiring the chalk horse carving. Just 3.5 miles from Weymouth and it’s golden sandy beach, lanes of boutique shops, sea life centre and historic harbour this is a perfect village base for exploring the Jurassic Coast. Just 13 miles away are the UNESCO world Heritage sites of Lulworth Cove and Durdle, a short drive further on finds you at Corfe Castle, most recently known for being the inspiration behind many Enid Blyton Famous Five novels. Make sure you take a trip on the steam train on the Swanage Railway, which passes the magnificent ruins. A charming base to choose in a stunning part of Dorset.
