  • "The house was lovely and clean, great location and plenty of space for us all."

  • "Great cottage and good location a short drive from Wells, Glastonbury etc."

Also, lots of nice footpaths / walks nearby. We came as a group of seven with two dogs and it was perfect. Underfloor heating is very nice. Parking was ample for at least three cars. Internet was fast. Showers good. Induction hob good - only very minor suggestion would be a larger saucepan / wok to help for cooking with a big group. Overall, I would recommend!

  • "Dale Barton was great for a family get together."

Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen finished to a lovely standard. Plenty parking and fairly easy to find. Pub in walking distance was super friendly and definitely recommended.

  • "Lovely house, location and facilities."

Only negative feedback is that 9:30 check out did put quite a dampener on both Saturday evening and Sunday morning. After a long day of walking on Saturday it would have been nice to enjoy a later breakfast and the house facilities to at least 10:30/11am. Turned an enjoyable wkend into a bit of a stressful rushed ending.

  • "We had a lovely stay at Dale Barton!"

The home was warm, clean, comfortable & more spacious than the pictures show - we were a party of 7 adults & we did not feel at all packed in or on top of one another. All of the bedrooms are a good size, with comfy beds; and the bathrooms were clean & modern - the downstairs shower room is enormous! The log burner was a lovely treat for a chilly January evening, along with a nice big dining table for meals & board games. A great location, lots of lovely countryside & fresh air. We'd love to stay again!

The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and plenty of room for everyone. Thank you

We found everything we needed in the cottage and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the area. Especially appreciated the number of bathrooms and the size of all the rooms. Don't expect much of a phone signal in the area though!

The location was very rural, which suited us, but close enough to local amenities and attractions. Would highly recommend this cottage, possibly one of the best we've stayed in.
