  • "Fantastic cottage and a wonderful location."

We stayed here as a couple but definitely enough room for two couples or a young family. Pippa and her staff were wonderful and really helpful, we will definitely be returning.

  • "Our first time staying at The Coach House and hopefully it will not be our last!"

A fabulous property in a stunning location, which offered perfect amenities for my sister who is a wheelchair user. Easy access, wide door openings and a lovely roomy ground floor bedroom and wet room. After struggling to find accessible pubs in the new forest, we ended up at The Cartwheel Inn on our last evening, just five minutes drive into Whitsbury. It was superb and we highly recommend a visit. Thank you Coach House for a lovely holiday which exceeded our expectations. See you next year.

  • "Our stay at the Coach House far exceeded our expectations."

The house is superb in every respect: beautifully furnished and fully equipped; lovely decor (including fresh flower arrangements!); peaceful garden and patio area with all day sunshine. In addition, the cottage is ideally located with wooded walks on the doorstep yet within easy reach of Fordingbridge, Ringwood and the New Forest. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would love to return.

  • "The Coach House in Whitsbury is a wonderful place to stay."

The house is beautiful combined with the stunning gardens and such peaceful surroundings. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break. We were looking for somewhere where our children could have a separate bedroom. In this case they had a complete floor to themselves with bedroom and bathroom (which they enjoyed as much as we did). It couldn’t have been more ideal for us, and I am sure other like minded families. The beds are really comfortable and the place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay, Could not have asked for more. Many thanks for a fabulous stay…

  • "The accommodation was a great base and totally out of the way."

The pictures don’t do it justice and the gardens and setting were great. The food at the pub in the village was also top class. We found plenty to do in and around the new forest. I would thoroughly recommend it.

  • "A wonderful stay in a wonderful location."

It’s a lovely, spacious and well equipped cottage. My only complaint is the garden furniture was extremely uncomfortable and because of that we were unable to enjoy the beautiful garden as much as we wanted to.

Being on a gated estate made it very quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much. Staff we spoke to were very interesting particularly regarding the local bird and animal life.

It is in a delightful setting and gave us easy access to some wonderful walks, many from the house, and the opportunity to visit some delightful small towns and villages. We highly recommend it.

  • "This is a very well appointed holiday home."

Set in beautiful private grounds, well off the beaten track and yet within easy access of the New Forest. We found this ideal for revisiting an area where we have spent many happy holidays in the past, and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone else wishing for peace and quiet. We will certainly be looking to book here again at some point in the near future.

  • "We had a delightful, peaceful weeks stay."

The coach-house is situated in a lovely quiet area with a wide selection of footpaths within the immediate area. On initial entry we could see that a lot of care had been taken to present the house and make it welcoming. It was warm, light and airy and everything we could possibly require within the property was supplied. We will no doubt return in the future.

This is our first stay outside of our come since Covid, and the standard and cleanliness was outstanding. It felt like home from home. You will not be disappointed booking this. Pippa & Camilla, were very welcoming. We were left fresh flowers and plums from the gardens, where everything is grown. Just delightful and just what we needed. A real retreat.
