    “Just a small thing, we managed to get out of the front door easily, but we couldn’t work out how to get back in other than through the garage?”

    Also the patio doors were very stiff! ( it was very wet weather when we were with you, could have made the wood swell) These are very small details, we found the place really very comfortable , thank you

The property

Beautiful apartment situated next to the Old Harbour marina by the town bridge in Weymouth, Dorset.

The apartment has a luxury of four balconies and a modern interior throughout all accommodation with two bedrooms that will make a perfect base for families or couples.

You may wish to enjoy your morning tea or coffee from a Juliet balcony from the lounge or your own room and watch passing yachts and boats.

Relax in a comfy sofa in a lounge surrounded by cushions by a small coffee table, socialise over meal on a dinner table for four guests and enjoy the stunning views over harbour. There’s plenty of storage in both rooms for your holiday clothing and all accessories.

The main streets of Weymouth town full of many independent shops and famous street names are right at your doorstep reachable in 5 minutes’ walk. With the abundance of restaurants, cafes, pubs around the apartment you will be spoilt for choice if you wish to dine in the town.

Explore the area and venture across the town bridge towards Nothe Gardens and Fort.

You may wish to take Rodwell trail and head towards Chesil Beach and the Fleet with beautiful Isle of Portland on the left.

The exploration of the Isle of Portland might be a great day out for all family to enjoy too with rock climbing, National Sailing Academy and many walks through rugged island’s landscape. Short drive away is a county town of Dorchester with museums, river walks and two markets.

Venture further and you will find a seaside village of West Bay with glorious red cliffs, small village of Burton Bradstock to the West and Lulworth Cove and Osmington Mills to the East.

The property boasts with luxury and convenience and it’s a wonderful base to enjoy a seaside holiday.

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. This area is now a popular destination with many restaurants, café and bars, creating a vibrant culture, where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked away down the harbourside streets, you will find original Tudor harbour buildings, estimated to have been built in 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible exhibitions, and the harbour is also home to the lifting bridge, where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge to the town's winding streets of boutique shops and the seafront esplanade and beach. There is more to this seaside town than meets the eye; Brewers Quay is a much-loved holiday destination in Weymouth!

Note: a £50 refundable deposit is required for remote control to operate parking gates to be paid in cash on arrival.
