It is both stylish and unusual with bags of character including exposed brick walls, timber beams and a quirky, upstairs gallery.

The cathedral offers 750 years of history including Britain's tallest spire, the world's best preserved original Magna Carta, and Europe's oldest working clock. The surrounding cathedral close, full of architectural gems, is bordered by the River Avon and ancient Chilmark stone walls.
