  • "A really lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and very clean."

    Mike, the owner, met us with the keys and explained how everything worked. Having two bathrooms was fantastic and parking was no problem. There was plenty of room for the three of us and the building .. and street .. were very quiet. A decent Co-op is within easy walking distance. Will definitely be back.

  • "Warm and comfortable."

    Although owner very welcoming, and said we could contact him at any time, we do think that a welcome pack would be useful. For example-nearest doctors, hospital, taxis, best places to eat etc. Plus the wi-fi code more clearly visible. We did have a very nice relaxing holiday and visited some lovely places. Thank you

    Had everything for a prefect week. Washing Machine, Smart TV, WiFi and parking space. The buses to go into Bournemouth are 2 minutes away. Beach across the road. We will definaly used again. Tony the owner greeted us and just lived around the corner. So if there was a problem he was near by. Lovely and Peaceful as well. Excellent

    Toilet roll holder and basin plug were broken in the en-suite, a few pieces of crockery had food on them, other than that all was fine. Make sure you take bin bags, tea towels and cleaning cloths!

  • "Probably one of the worst holiday let’s we have experienced."

    Certainly not a ‘Dream property’ The apartment smelt musty, carpet’s needed cleaning and were badly stained. Mouldy grouting in en-suite and shower cubicle rim was black, we arrived on the Friday and cleaner came in and cleaned it on the Monday. Sofa was well worn. You will need to bring cleaning cloths, tea towels, cleaning materials as the only things they provide is washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets due to COVID! I would also bring towels as hand towels were grim and also oven gloves. Beds are not that good, my partner is suffering a bad back due to sleeping on a poorly sprung bed. Was expecting a higher standard but generally poor cleaning standards and not good quality beds, bedding and linen. A real shame as location was good. I am totally amazed no one else has not complained as these things didn’t happen in a week!

Blue Water 8 is a spacious ground floor apartment in the heart of Southbourne and only a stroll away from golden beaches of Bournemouth's dazzling shores.

This single-storey accommodation has level access from the front door and throughout, making it easy for those slightly less able on their feet.
