  • "Nice appartment, but marks on wall in lounge could do with touching up as they don’t look good in what is otherwise an attractively furnished appartment."

Sinks in both bathrooms are ridiculously small and tap gets in the way. Also could do with more drawer space in bedrooms—not everything gets hung up! I know it was mentioned about parking, but even with small car it would be difficult to park. Space 6 was in the far corner and if it had been full would have been virtually impossible to either reverse in or reverse out.

. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. My two children and l had a lovely week and would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment.

  • "Lovely apartment."

As in information the parking was a nightmare, and no other cheap alternatives nearby. Could have done with more mugs, spare towels. Pillows were uncomfortable.

  • "Thought given to layout and furnishings (although 6 mugs for 4 adults was a bit mean?"

). An extremely comfortable, well placed and well maintained property for the Marina and town away from noise. Unless you count the little train that tours around the town from the sea front. Comfortable beds, nice showers and proper dinning chairs. We were even offered a linen change half way through our stay as the cleaning ladies are often around. Parking at Brittania no problem at all and there was an EV charger across the road. We were so relaxed with the wonderful sitting room view it was hard to come away. Booked for a return visit whilst we were there.

  • "Excellent property, apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and furnished and had everything we needed."

My wife says that the apartment is amazing!. Location is excellent, close to the harbour and bars, restaurants and shops. Car parking in allocated space is a bit tight so used the link for Brittania parking to book a week season ticket for £25, car park 2 minutes from property and safe and secure. Would definitely return next time in Weymouth.

  • "A lovely apartment in an excellent location for us (retired couple) - walking distance of shops, restaurants, harbour and the promenade."

Very comfortable and well equipped, with a small balcony to sit on and watch the boats in the harbour. An added bonus was having a designated car parking space in a secure garage. Luckily we have a small car because, as stated clearly in the description, it was a very tight turn to get into the space! Our main disappointments were that there were no chest of drawers to put underwear, jumpers etc and the washbasins in both the bathrooms were ridiculously small. even for just washing your hands. We felt the plush lined boxes and drawers in the bedroom were a bit 'twee' and not very useful. There was a good number of coathangers in the wardrobes and the kitchen had everything one would need - and more. We would be happy to return there.

  • "Property was beautiful and well maintained and very comfortable."

Good central location. However, getting in and out of the car park was very challenging, but we were forewarned!!! Unfortunately one guest had a much larger car than the garage was designed for which made manoeuvring even more challenging. Would not rebook due to the car parking problem.

  • "As you know, parking is difficult, Merc A class just fitted, because only 2 cars in garage."

Large towel rails would be essential, we used drier rack. Smallest sinks in any cottage we have ever stayed in! Wet shaving equals wet floor. A 5 foot bed would be nice, but 4'6" was comfortable. Had to buy a pyrex dish to use in the microwave. Arrival instructions need up dating, key fob on door not on table, wasted 15mins searching and ringing office.

  • "A really comfortable apartment, very well equipped, quiet location and close town and beach, and the balcony was great for breakfast and evening drinks."

The on-site parking is definitely only for small cars and most visitors won't be able to use it, so the permit is valuable. It would be good to have some deep cereal bowls as the shallow soup bowls aren't so good for cereal! Also was very disappointed by the lack of recycling facilities. I realise this may be the responsibility of the council, but it feels very outdated that there was nothing available. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

  • "Really amazing accommodation."

Loved the quality of furnishings and how clean it was. The view was brilliant, beds comfortable and it was quiet despite being in the heart of Weymouth. Loved it

  • "A great apartment with a lovely harbour view, centrally located and within easy walking distance of shops (there is a Tesco Metro within a few minutes' walk), restaurants and the beach."

It looked exactly as it does on the website and was very clean. We chose the apartment for accessibility issues. It was great to have the living space on one floor, a walk in shower and lift access. It was in a quiet location, despite being so close to the centre of the town. The apartment is well equipped but you do need to bring or buy things like dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls (as they supplied 2 of each for a weeks' stay). For the price we paid, I would expect for these to be included. Personally, I would prefer a more toned-down décor with practical furnishings and accessories. It's very blingy!!! The only real negative was the on-site parking...when they warn you that your car needs to be within certain dimensions, they mean it! Mine was slightly longer and it took me a few days to work out how to get in and out without too many problems! There is a free parking permit for another car park, but it was important for us to be able to park on-site.

  • "We all loved this Penthouse apartment."

It is in a great location with lovely views from the Balcony and Lounge across the Harbour. It was a bonus to have underground parking for the car, as the bars, restaurant's, beach and shops were only a few minutes walk. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen. The decor was quite striking with large unusual mirrors, lamps clocks and pictures which all went so well together. There was a brilliant welcome folder which had the car park pass in with so much information about the apartment, local area and recommending restaurant's, bars and places of interest. All in all we had a great holiday and i would certainly recommend this Penthouse Apartment and would love to stay there again in the near future.

  • "Positives: Excellent apartment in the heart of Weymouth harbour."

Clean, large and modern. It felt very much a holiday apartment and was quiet, safe with good security. Negative: the bed in the master bedroom was a double and not a king size (as listed). This did cause us a problem, as we had a three year old sharing a bed with her parents. There wasn’t a full inventory of available appliances so we bought along an iron and a hairdryer (which the property did have). Also, it was not made clear that the parking permit allowed us to park a lot nearer than Nothe car park (which was flagged on the website but not the other closer site). However all in all, it was a great apartment.

  • "At the time of booking, it was the most expensive apartment."

It was in a great location and was very comfortable and everything within the apartment met out expectations. It stated that it had a car parking place in the garage and that there was a permit for a local car park. As we took two cars this was ideal, upon arrival we found out that there was no parking space in the garage for this penthouse apartment.

  • "Apartment was excellent with good view of the harbour."

Well equipped but some basics missing eg kitchen towels, glass cleaner, tea towels We understood that there was underground parking but could not find a space for Appt 6 so used the Nothe Car Park 10 mins away. Bed very comfortable and shower good. All very clean and couldn’t hear any noise from other apartments. Easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. All in all a perfect holiday base

There is no parking provision in the garage for this apartment, there is a parking permit provided for a nearby public car park. Thank you for the feedback. Property Owner
