  • "Broken window latch should have been noted and dealt with before our holiday."

Dreams have been notified and hopefully now fixed. Please also ensure the washer/dryer filter is checked/cleaned regularly - it did not look as though it had ever been cleaned. Otherwise, perfect house for a family holiday. Location great. Well equipped kitchen.

  • "Very lovely property and excellent location to walk into Weymouth."

Very well equipped kitchen with Lenny if cooking utensils and pots and pans. There were a couple of issues in that the sink longer in the en suite bathroom did not stay down and it would have been nice to have had a shower in the bathroom, other than those to minor issues we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

  • "Lovely house, very quiet area and less than 15 mins walk into town and to the beach."

Lighter duvets would be better for comfort in summer but otherwise I would highly recommend Sandpipers for a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

  • "Very well furnished house and very quiet location, to the center is about 700m, would book it again if it is available"

  • "On arrival, we thought everything was ok, but on further inspection we found, fridge was dirty and the cooker also needed cleaning."

In the room , we found a coaster under the carpet and sand everywhere. There was no towel i the downstairs toilet and the bin in the master bedroom had not been emptied. We think the lounge would benefit from a more comfortable settee. On the plus side, we did lock ourselves out of the house one day and found your team very helpful to our request.

Thank you for your feedback. I can only apologise, you should not have found the house like this when you arrived. I have spoken to Dream Cottages who employ the cleaners and they assure me that they will make sure this does not happen again. I hope this will not put you off staying at my lovely house again.
