This three-storey property is ideal for a couple or small family looking for a stylish abode, close to a range of attractions and amenities, beside the picturesque Dorset coast.

Step inside the property to discover a well-equipped kitchen/diner, with high-quality appliances to enable you to create delicious home-cooked meals for the group, to be enjoyed at the dining table, which rests below a skylight, allowing in lots of natural light.

Retire to the sitting room for the evening and curl up on the sofa beside the gas fire as you choose a film to watch on the Smart TV, or head out into the courtyard garden with a glass of wine on a warm summer's evening, soaking up your peaceful surroundings.

When the evening draws to a close, head upstairs to discover a spacious twin bedroom boasting a large bay window and ample storage, served by the family bathroom suite with bath and shower over, while the second floor hosts the master king-size double, complete with quality linens and a plush duvet, along with a convenient en-suite shower room.

Head into Weymouth and explore your surroundings, with a host of shops for grabbing essentials, pubs and restaurants for dining out and scenic walks along the harbour - where you can view yachts and working fishing boats coming and going - all a stone's throw from the property.

Visit the Tudor House, opposite the cottage, one of the few remaining original Tudor buildings, dating from 17th Century, while Hope Square, a bustling area filled with restaurants, bistros and a pub, is a short walk away.

The popular Weymouth Beach is about half a mile away, with long stretches of golden sand, ideal for strolls, sandcastle building and sunbathing, while the water is ideal for swimming or for watersports.

Join the South West Coast Path and make your way towards the 'Isle' of Portland, which can be accessed via Chesil Beach, while further along the coast brings you to the West Dorset Heritage Coast, boasting an excellent selection of beaches, as well as Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens.

Further afield, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove can be reached within a 25-minute drive.
