  • "A beautiful chapel and garden, renovated with taste and imagination to create a space that is light, airy and peaceful."

A joy to spend time in. We enjoyed our stay there immensely. An excellent base from which to explore Dorset.

  • "We loved our stay at the Old Chapel, the property felt like a touch of luxury and had everything you could ask for, from the bright, spacious and fully equipped kitchen & diner to the warm, cosy first floor lounge, as well the two en-suite bedrooms, and was immaculately clean and tidy throughout."

The owners had left plenty of local information, and were very helpful with keeping us informed prior to our stay. The property is ideally situated in a quiet and peaceful village, but is still only a short drive from many different places to visit and enjoy, including Corfe, Swanage, local beaches and Bournemouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our dogs and would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give such lovely feedback. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and it was a pleasure to host you! Property Owner

  • "A wonderful property and an impressive chapel conversion."

Really tidy, warm, spacious and a pleasure to stay in! The kitchen has literally everything you could need. We were greeted with an amazing Lemon drizzle cake and bottle of white wine which was a generous touch! Location wise, In the village a few hundred yard from the local pub which is welcoming and friendly. We travelled to Poole, Swanage and Shaftesbury so it was a perfect location for us. We also had breakfast at the ‘Vines’ garden centre a mile away which is worth a visit too for traditional breakfasts! A great stay all round and the owners were a pleasure to deal with and responsive to any questions we had before arrival. Thank you for having us

Great having 2 en suites and a brilliant kitchen diner. We had 2 dogs so having an enclosed garden was a real bonus. Will definitely be booking to go again.

The Chapel conversion has been done extremely well and we were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay in the winter but I would think it would be even better when it is warmer and the very pretty garden can be used

We appreciated the cake and bottle of wine on arrival but felt a little welcome pack with milk, tea bags and coffee would have been useful. The village was lovely with friendly people and the area was interesting with many places to visit. We would be more than happy to stay here again.
