Only problem was Sykes giving us the wrong gate number. Luckily another resident let us in as we rang Sykes and left a message with e mail address and phone number but no one came back. Fortunately I managed to speak to owners before they boarded a plane but didn’t get a response from Sykes all week.

Whilst we knew facilities were available ie cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer we had no need to use them purely because there were so many places to eat out and only away for a week. Chosen as all one level once inside the property. Very warm no need for heating except for the electric fire in the evening. Key safe a good idea but low down to access and difficult to see in the dark. Will use again.

12 is a brilliant and stylish lodge which is well equipped with everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday (and a full-size kitchen). Philip and Debbie are a lovely approachable couple and were always available when advice was needed. After busy active days in the open air the amazing power-shower was a very welcome soothing and easy to control 'must do' and never went too hot or too cold! The double bed was one of the most comfortable we'd ever slept in so we were always well recharged for the day ahead! All in all a great experience we can recommend.
