“One of the best equipped holiday lets we've stayed in.”
everything you could hope for - loved it!
everything you could hope for - loved it!- Mrs Hand, August 2019
“An excellent exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped bungalow furnished to a very high standard.”
It is situated in a lovely area close to many attractions.- Mrs Brown, October 2018
“Very quiet and peaceful location, but, only 5 minutes from the sea front.”
Bungalow offered everything for families with children or just for two people like us: Large TV, DVDs, Radio and plenty of reading material. The conservatory off the twin bedroom was a nice touch as you can relax with the door open to the garden and catch the sun with only the sound of birds for company. Everything was well cared for even to the maintenance of the property like external lighting which was very welcome. Beds were extremely comfortable and slept very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this bungalow for cost, convenience and location.- Mrs Wright, October 2018
“The bungalow was loverly, but we found that Essex and the seaside coast didn’t come up to expectations that Norfolk did, where in Norfolk you could drive round local roads to loverly little villages near the coast, in Essex if you wanted to visit anywhere as soon as you left clacton you found yourself on main roads and motorways full of lorry’s , the area is more commercial than we would have liked on holiday.”- Mr Deacon, September 2018
“The basin tap in the bathroom was very stiff to use - but that was the only minor complaint in an otherwise very enjoyable visit.”- Mr Marsden, July 2018
“Our third visit to "Driftwood", nothing's changed, the location is great, would find it difficult to find a better holiday home, has everything for young and old alike, good value.”- Mr Wright, June 2018
“Everything was just fine.”
..as always.- Mrs Harrison, November 2017
“It was very comfortable and warm”- Mr Hales, October 2017
“Proximity to the beach and the peace and tranquillity.”
The garden was lovely and the cottage was perfect- Mrs Ling, July 2017
“We visit this area at least once every year, usually at a local caravan park so this was our first time in a holiday bungalow so not to sure what to expect.”
After the very first day we all agreed that this was perfect for our needs, the bungalow was impressively equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. Although situated perhaps a little way out from the local amenities this was not so much of an issue for us as we had use of our car, if anything this actually added to the charm as the area was so peaceful. All in all we have had a great holiday at Driftwood and would certainly consider rebooking in the future.- Mr Bannister, May 2017
“A beautiful bungalow absolutely spotless.”
Everything we needed and more was at hand, we will definitely be going again.- Mr Walton, February 2017
“Just as described lovely little bungalow, well located for the beach.”
My daughter and I enjoyed a comfortable stay for a couple of days. Certainly use it again. Thank you- Mr Naden, January 2017
“The property was beautifully presented and a home from home.”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the conservatory was an added bonus. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in.- Mrs Smith, May 2016
“Great little bungalow, with very comfortable beds and lounge furnishings.”
The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped,it has all you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden and the conservatory were the icing on the cake, we could not fault this lovely accommodation.- Mr Wright, October 2015
“We where particularly impressed by little touches that had big impact.”
We liked the lovely garden that made first cup of tea of the day even better. It helped, of course, that there were plenty of fixtures and fittings in the property.- Mr O'neill, July 2015
