That said, we were offered alternative accommodation very swiftly. Given the circumstances, we cannot fault the efforts made to source an alternative, which in the end meant only minor inconvenience. The overall rating reflects this and would have been higher otherwise. ... This was disappointing and had a negative impact on our experience. It had a large bedroom with plenty of storage and an open plan living/dining area. The owner was brilliant, she made us a cup of tea on arrival and showed us where the local pub was to eat given we arrived in the evening. She went to extra mile which we really appreciated. As the only thing we can say to improve is perhaps to provide more reliable wifi, it shows we were very happy with the property. We would recommend it.
