  • "This was a lovely flat."

The views were spectacular from the balcony. The flat was equipped to a high standard and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable! The surrounding area was quiet and Lynton was a delightful small town with some good places to eat. Driving out of the flats needs you to keep to the right of the entry as it is a very tight bend. The whole area is extremely hilly something to consider if that would cause you problems. The coastal path is spectacular but not if you are afraid of heights! Parking at Woolacombe beach is a flat fee of £14 but NT members get free parking further up the road. Likewise the flat requires dexterity to cope with stairs and uneven floors but the owner warned about this in the description. Having fire stick tv was good as was the internet. The owner was approachable and very helpful about the local area. We enjoyed out stay here whether we cooked in or ate out.

  • "The stars aligned for this holiday."

The accommodation was 5* with the most amazing views (including the aforementioned stars at night), just a few minutes walk to all the facilities in Lynton. Weather fabulous, with an easy walk to Valley of the Rocks and of course not far from lots more of interest. Great welcome pack, and just a very lovely feel - thank you 'Baywatch' we'll be back!

We enjoyed a lovely week of rest, rediscovery, restorative fresh air and exploration in lovely North Devon, returning to the apartment after 6 years away. We will look forward to returning next year. Baywatch will, we hope, become a bolthole for future breaks.

  • "Fantastic Place."

The apartment is beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable and spacious. The views of the bay and across the channel are stunning and the location of the apartment is perfect for local amenities. If you are lucky with the weather, as we were, it’s just a short walk away from The Valley of the Rocks, where you can witness glorious sunsets in magnificent surroundings. Would highly recommend.

  • "We loved Baywatch."

It is clean and tidy and full of character. The downstairs kitchen has a lovely atmosphere of where the staff would have worked and prepared meals in a bygone era. Best of all however is the balcony where we spent so much time relaxing and taking in the breathtaking view. I would thoroughly recommend it. Peter and Helen

Exceptionally well equipped. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Lynton shops restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend Charlie Friday's Cafe. Everything we could have hoped for and more at Baywatch made this a super break, and will certainly book again. Thank you. Cindy&Roger

  • "Absolutely beautiful apartment."

Very quirky with uneven floors. Walking into the kitchen you go downhill then back it’s uphill. Love it. Don’t think this apartment is suitable for persons with walking difficulties due to lots of stairs. Views from the balcony over the bay are magnificent. Bed is very comfy and there’s plenty of storage. If you book this property I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful time.
