Firstly, we found dirt and crumbs in both the cupboards and cutlery draw, there was also hair on top of some of the cutlery. The website states WiFi however this was at an unexpected additional cost of £20 with very poor connection, very disappointing. On one of the days we also experienced a power cut for most of the day until around 7pm. Know one came to inform us of the situation and we were left without heating, electricity and the ability to cook, shower or even have lights on. Overall we were very disappointed and would not consider returning
