It was clean, modern, spacious, and the surroundings were BEAUTIFUL. We did get a bit lost (Google took us somewhere else) but that was our fault because we followed Google instead of the directions the host sent us (we thought they were the same - oops). But then the hosts came and found us immediately which was helpful and allowed us to meet them!

Situated in Lower Breakish on the picturesque Isle of Skye, just a short drive from the village of Broadford, is this stunning holiday home, Breakish Villa.
Perfect for friends or families alike and boasting exceptional countryside views, Breakish Villa welcomes up to six guests and is ideal for a rural escape.
Upon entering the property, you will be presented with a fully-equipped open-plan living space with a kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals and a dining area where you can settle down for dinner with your loved ones.
Unwind in the sitting area, where you can cosy up by the woodburning stove whilst you enjoy a film on the Smart TV.
As the evening grows darker, escape to one of the three well-presented bedrooms, including a double bedroom complete with a plush bed and en-suite shower room where you can wash away the day.
Discover your local surroundings by taking a short car journey to the Red Skye Restaurant, or venture slightly further to the Hebridean Inn if delicious pub grub is what you fancy.
If you can tear yourself away from your local surroundings, take a day trip to the quaint port village of Mallaig, where you can visit the historic castle of Eilean na h-Acairseid, or spend an afternoon hiking at the Circular Walk Trailhead.
The bustling town of Portree can also be found within reach by car, serving up scenic views that can be enjoyed from either the watchtower at The Lump, or during a stroll along the Portree Walkway, which runs parallel to the coast.
Views extend out to the Isle of Pabay, Isle of Raasay, Scalpay Island and Crowlin islands.
Further afield, Fort William is home to the West Highland Museum for those seeking a taste of history.
Those feeling energetic, on the other hand, can spend an afternoon at the Cow Hill Trail, or even longer climbing the highest mountain in the UK, Ben Nevis.

Portree 29 miles; Fort William 83 miles; Mallaig 21.9 miles.
Skye's second largest village, Broadford lies in the shadow of the Red Cuillins and spreads itself along the southern side of Broadford Bay. Views extend out to the Isle of Pabay and more distantly to the Applecross mountains on the mainland. The village caters well for the tourists with shops, hotels and colourful craft stalls. Close by is the little village of Elgol, which enjoys 'the finest view in Britain' - the end of the Cuillin Ridge seen across Loch Scavaig. From Elgol pier take an unforgettable boat trip to Loch Coruisk in the heart of Cullin Mountain Range. The nearby Sleat Peninsula known as the 'Garden of Skye' has many attractions and a ferry link to the mainland - Armadale to Mallaig.
